Established originally in the New Romney Oakhall Doctors Surgery by Libby Baxter over 20 years ago, Jo Scott took over the practice in 2003. In 2006 we moved to our new treatment rooms where we have a reception room with waiting area, two fully equipped treatment rooms and a complimentary therapy room. In 2007 Heidi Bickerton joined Jo Scott as partner after 6 years of working together. Both are highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapists. Jo having worked for many years in the NHS, in Canada, South Africa and recently in Folkestone. Heidi has also worked in South Africa and in private clinics in London, Wimbledon, and Cheltenham before moving to New Romney. They are both long standing members of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, The Organisation of Physiotherapists in Private Practice (Physio First), The Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and are registered with the Health Professions Council. Their specialist areas of expertise include Manual Therapy, Sports Injuries, Women’s Health and Acupuncture. We have a program of Continuous Professional Development in order to kept up to date and maintain our high standards of expertise.
